2. Categories of data
Questionnaire answers may describe your role, business, team size, transactions and accounting needs. Contact details may include your name, email, optional phone number and comments. Hosting providers may process IP addresses, request times, pages visited, browser details and security logs. Cookie preferences are saved locally.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Data may be processed to respond to enquiries, assess service needs, arrange consultations, maintain site security and comply with legal duties. Where appropriate, legal bases under GDPR Article 6(1) include consent (a), pre-contractual steps or contract (b), legal obligation (c), and legitimate interests in security (f). Analytics and marketing require separate consent where applicable.
4. Questionnaire and contact form
The questionnaire is not intended to collect financial statements, account numbers or sensitive personal information. Please do not include such details in free-text fields. In this version, answers remain in the browser during the session. Clicking Finish does not send data to any server. A secure backend and retention procedures are required before activation.
5. Cookies and advertising
Essential preferences are stored in browser localStorage. Analytics and advertising categories are disabled by default. This version does not load Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tags or third-party advertising pixels. If such services are added, this notice and the consent system must be updated before activation. Consent should be transmitted to relevant Google tags using an appropriately implemented consent solution.
6. Recipients and processors
Hosting and technical support providers may access necessary technical information under suitable contracts. No specific third-party marketing or analytics providers are used in this demo. Any future processors and data sharing must be disclosed here.
7. International transfers
If personal data are transferred outside the EEA, an applicable legal transfer mechanism such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses, plus any required safeguards, must be established and described.
8. Retention
Browser cookie preferences remain until cleared or updated. Server security logs, once hosting is configured, should be kept only for an identified and justified period. Enquiry retention periods must be defined before enabling the contact form; information should be deleted when no longer necessary unless law requires otherwise.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection to certain processing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing, and complain to a competent data protection supervisory authority. Contact details for rights requests must be provided by the controller.
10. Security
Appropriate safeguards may include HTTPS, limited staff access, secure transmission, software updates, backups and processor agreements. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
11. Children
The website targets business users and does not intentionally solicit personal information from children. Any data received improperly should be deleted in accordance with applicable law.
12. Changes and advertising transparency
Updates to this policy should reflect actual tracking, vendors, retention, business identity and services. Google Ads compliance depends on the live configuration, accurate disclosures, applicable consent rules and Google policies; publishing this text alone does not establish compliance.
